bunk bed 3d model

I would like a bunk bed made with 1 inch galvanized pipe- with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. the mattresses should be orientated the same way with a ladder on the small end. the bill of materials for this pipe bed should be all standard size parts from Lowes. The lower bunk should support 500lbs and the upper bunk should support 300lbs. the support on the upper bunk should angle down to the outer corners of the lower bunk. I can supply a picture of a similar bed as a model. I expect in the model the pipe and fittings should be called out and a bill of materials is generated to construct this bed.
