layer cage system 3d model
In this design, the layer cages are arranged in multiple levels using a metal frame. At the back of each cage level, a slanted collection surface is installed to catch falling manure. The surface is angled downward (like ‘\’) so that waste can naturally move toward one side. A water pipe with evenly spaced high-pressure spray nozzles is mounted along the upper edge of the slanted surface. At fixed time intervals, a timer activates a water pump, which sends pressurized water through the pipe. The water sprays across the slanted surface, pushing the manure downward along the slope. At the lower end of the slanted surface, an outlet is installed where the waste and water are directed into a drainage channel for proper disposal. This design fits the structure of the layer cages by placing the cleaning system at the back, ensuring efficient waste collection, continuous flow, and minimal manual cleaning.
