Indoor climbing hold 3D model for intermediate climbers (medium difficulty). One solid hold combining three grip types: pinch (thumb pressed against fingers), pocket (2–3 finger pocket), and edge (narrow flat edge for crimping). Overall size roughly equal to two adult hands side by side. Front shape mostly rounded and ergonomic, with smooth transitions and a slightly rough, rock‑like texture for good friction. Back side completely flat and solid for wall mounting. Add at least 4 clean through holes for wood screws so the hold can be safely fixed to a wooden climbing wall. Model should be suitable for FDM 3D printing (no extreme overhangs, enough wall thickness).
