compact laser engraver 3d model
Industrial CAD product concept of a compact desktop automated metal tag laser engraver. Enclosure is rugged matte-charcoal aluminum with a transparent OD4+ amber laser-shielding window. 1. BOTTOM-FEED MAGAZINE: A vertical rectangular sleeve housing a stack of 3.37x2.25 inch pre-cut black anodized aluminum triplet plates. At the very bottom, a NEMA 17 stepper motor lead screw carriage acts as a mechanical pusher arm, driving the lowest 0.5mm plate forward through a precise 0.8mm separation gate gap. 2. HORIZONTAL RUNWAY: The flat metal plate moves along a micro-rail track. Suspended above is a fixed, high-power 20W blue diode laser module actively vaporizing the black oxide coating, exposing a high-contrast silver 2D DataMatrix code. An IR edge sensor sits at the entry. 3. SIDE-SLIDE EJECTION: The pusher arm executes a final stroke, pushing the finished uncut plate through a slot in the side wall, sliding it down into a side collection tray. Crisp details.
