It is a van of brand mercedes Sprinter, those with tall back cabin. It has a completely open side wall on the back compartment, kind of like a food truck but with the whole wall down. Inside, a X rays bed, with one of those anode tubes on top with some LED panel and a handler on top of it, and next to it a small desk with a small chair allows a doctor to sit and operate the x rays bed. See the image attached. The bed should have a top lighting system, like the ones in operating rooms, or a C shape around the bed, that simulates a X Ray effector. Do not put any doctor or anything, and make sure that all the components like the small table are on one corner of the van and the bed on the other corner. Make the van a bit longer than strictly real if this helps with proportions. Do not add a person. Use the image attached to see designs in the walls and so on. On the main inner wall, it reads "FootRay". See the image. The overall decoration is like a mini clinic with plants and such.
