Make a rectangular hay rack out of light-coloured wood. It should be rectangular – but almost square – with a roof made of wine-red shingles. The roof should be high enough for a horse to eat from the basket. There should be three wooden boards in the hay rack, a short distance above the floor, to prevent the hay from falling through. However, the hay rack should be empty.
