Prompt
Mini AC + Heater Box – Complete Script (English) First, make a strong box of size 30cm × 30cm × 30cm. The box can be made from wood, MDF, or any strong material. Inside the box, install thermocol sheets on the walls for insulation so that cooling and heating do not escape. However, do not place thermocol near the heater or hot side; use an aluminum sheet there instead to protect from heat. On the front side of the box, install a fan. This fan will pull air from outside into the box and will be responsible for airflow through the entire system. On the back wall of the box, install two Peltier modules. The cold side of the Peltier modules will face inside the box, and the hot side will face outside the box. Before installing, apply thermal paste on both sides of the Peltier module. Attach a cold heat sink on the cold side inside the box. Attach a large heat sink with a fan on the hot side outside the box so the heat can be removed efficiently. Inside the box, leave some space in front of the cold heat sinks, and then install a PTC heater. When the heater is turned on, the fan air will pass through the heater and become warm. When cooling is needed, the heater will remain off, and air will pass through the cold heat sinks and become cool. The airflow path will be: Fan → Cold Heat Sink → Heater → Air Outlet → Room Install three switches on the box: Switch 1 for Fan Switch 2 for Peltier Modules Switch 3 for Heater Cooling Mode: Fan ON Peltier ON Heater OFF Heating Mode: Fan ON Peltier OFF Heater ON The fan should always remain ON when cooling or heating is running. Use a 12V power supply with at least 30A capacity because Peltier modules draw high current. Use thick wires so they do not heat up. Seal all box joints with silicone so that air does not leak. The hot side of the Peltier must always remain outside the box, and the cold side must remain inside the box. Keep some space between the heater and cold heat sink so air can pass easily. If everything is assembled correctly, this box will work as a mini AC in summer and a heater in winter.
