As the motor retracts the arm into its firing position, the arm physically engages a trigger that tilts a parallel autoloading lever of matched length. This synchronized action releases exactly one ping pong ball from a gravity-fed wooden hopper directly into the catapult cup, satisfying the mandatory autoloader function without requiring a secondary motor. Once the vehicle autonomously navigates and stops at the designated drop zone, the servo releases the arm, allowing the spring to snap forward and launch the payload. This automated cycle repeats consecutively to accurately deliver all three emergency supply payloads , ensuring rapid cycle times while keeping the entire assembly strictly within the vehicle's width constraints to prevent any interference with the ultrasonic navigation sensors.
