Objective: Redesign 3D chibi astronaut character with modular electronics integration and removable components. Primary Design Requirements 1. Removable Visor (Helmet Glass): Design front visor to be completely detachable from helmet Use snap-fit mechanism with cantilever hooks (minimum 5mm wide) or M3 threaded connection for secure attachment Create mating groove 2-3mm wide between visor rim and helmet for easy assembly Transparent visor can be printed with clear filament or leave opening for acrylic sheet insertion Visor wall thickness: 1.5-2mm for durability Add 0.5mm radius fillets at snap-fit base to reduce stress concentration Deflection angle: 30-45° for optimal insertion/retention balance 2.
