Once upon a time, high up in the bright blue sky, there lived a small fluffy cloud named Puff. Puff was soft and white and shaped like a marshmallow. He loved floating around and watching the world below. He saw children playing, birds flying, and flowers swaying in the breeze. But Puff had one big worry. He was afraid to rain. All the other clouds would happily sprinkle rain over the fields and rivers. But Puff would hold his drops tightly inside. “What if I rain too hard?” Puff whispered. “What if someone doesn’t like it?” One sunny morning, the golden Sun smiled down at him. “Why do you look so gray today, little cloud?” asked the Sun gently. “I’m scared to rain,” Puff said. “What if I make a mess?” Just then, Puff heard something from below. The flowers were drooping. The grass looked thirsty. A tiny bird chirped, “We need water!” Puff felt his heart wobble like jelly. Maybe… just maybe… he could try a little rain.
