. Overall assembled outer dimensions: 200 mm x 200 mm. Total mold height: 50 mm. The design must be split into two separate parts for 3D printing, each part sized to fit on a maximum 180 mm print bed. The two parts must connect together using integrated mechanical connectors (such as tabs and slots, tongue-and-groove, or dovetail connectors) to ensure accurate alignment and strong assembly after printing. When assembled, the two parts must form one rigid, aligned mold with no visible misalignment. The mold must include knife guide slots arranged in a grid, with 6 evenly spaced cutting slots on each side (both X and Y directions). Each cutting slot must be straight, vertical, and sized for a knife blade (recommended slot width 3–4 mm).
