ADD FREEZABLE TOP PLATE (NEW) - Create a second removable freezable plate integrated into the lid - The lid must contain an internal cavity to hold water or ice packs - The top freezable plate must be removable from the lid - Plate must be flat, sealed, and freezer-safe - Cold transfer should occur downward from the lid onto the cans 4. COOLING STRATEGY (PASSIVE) - Cold plates above and below the cans - Cans are cooled by direct conduction and cold air convection - No forced airflow - Internal structure should allow natural air circulation 5. MECHANICAL & SEALING DESIGN - Both freezable plates must use: - Slide-in rails, snap-locks, or twist-lock systems - Easy hand removal without tools - Add sealing grooves for TPU or rubber gaskets - Prevent water leakage during melting - Meltwater must remain inside the plates 6. INTERNAL STRUCTURE - Keep the removable 12-can cassette - Ensure clearance between cans and cold plates - Rounded dividers for easy insertion/removal - No sharp internal corners 7. 3D PRINTING REQUIREMENTS - All parts optimized for FDM printing - Minimum wall thickness: 3 mm - Overhangs limited to 45 degrees - Parts printable without supports where possible - Designed to fit on a BambuLab A1 build plate 8.
