Prompt
Refine the existing portable cooler model into a fully passive cooling system using removable freezable plates, removing all fans and active airflow components. FUNCTIONAL CHANGES REQUIRED: 1. REMOVE ALL FAN SYSTEMS - Completely remove fans, fan mounts, air ducts, vents, and fan openings - The cooler must operate passively with thermal mass only - Seal any previous airflow holes to make the body fully closed 2. FREEZABLE BOTTOM PLATE (EXISTING – REPLICATE & IMPROVE) - Keep the removable bottom freezable water plate - Ensure it is fully sealed and watertight - Designed to be placed independently in a household freezer - Flat internal structure optimized for freezing water evenly - Mechanical slide-in or lock-in system for reinsertion 3. ADD FREEZABLE TOP PLATE (NEW) - Create a second removable freezable plate integrated into the lid - The lid must contain an internal cavity to hold water or ice packs - The top freezable plate must be removable from the lid - Plate must be flat, sealed, and freezer-safe - Cold transfer should occur downward from the lid onto the cans 4. COOLING STRATEGY (PASSIVE) - Cold plates above and below the cans - Cans are cooled by direct conduction and cold air convection - No forced airflow - Internal structure should allow natural air circulation 5. MECHANICAL & SEALING DESIGN - Both freezable plates must use: - Slide-in rails, snap-locks, or twist-lock systems - Easy hand removal without tools - Add sealing grooves for TPU or rubber gaskets - Prevent water leakage during melting - Meltwater must remain inside the plates 6. INTERNAL STRUCTURE - Keep the removable 12-can cassette - Ensure clearance between cans and cold plates - Rounded dividers for easy insertion/removal - No sharp internal corners 7. 3D PRINTING REQUIREMENTS - All parts optimized for FDM printing - Minimum wall thickness: 3 mm - Overhangs limited to 45 degrees - Parts printable without supports where possible - Designed to fit on a BambuLab A1 build plate 8. MODULAR PARTS (UPDATE STL OUTPUT) - Main cooler body - Removable bottom freezable plate - Removable top freezable plate - Lid outer shell - Lid plate retention system - Can cassette - Sealing interfaces - Optional drain plug for bottom plate STYLE: - Modern, minimal, premium portable cooler design - Rounded edges and consistent proportions - Clean surfaces suitable for real product manufacturing EXPORT: - Generate separate STL files - Real-world scale (1:1, millimeters) - Clearly named files for each module
