It pulses with a faint, deep-cyan light (the bound Tempest Spark). It looks simultaneously fragile and impossibly sharp. 2. The Scabbard (Saya): This provides a harsh contrast to the elegant blade. It is exceptionally thick and heavy, made of pitted, blackened abyssal iron that is heavily corroded by seawater and rust. Thick, rusted anchor chains are tightly wrapped and welded around the length of the scabbard, making it look incredibly dense and heavy—this is the "pressure chamber" that compresses the water blade when sheathed. 3. The Hilt (Tsuka): The hilt features a traditional wrap (Ito) but uses dark, scaled leather, perhaps from a sea serpent, instead of silk. The guard (Tsuba) is a stylized iron whirlpool. The weapon itself should be seperated from the sheath and should be scaled like an actual katana
