The CAD chassis features an ultra-wide 540 mm spine, a 320 mm height to shield the pages, and 295 mm wide cover panels, all utilizing a rigid 4.5 mm uniform wall thickness. The exterior spine and front cover incorporate 1.0 mm debossed pockets to host flush, clear plastic label windows.
