This is an architectural design for a cultural pavilion. Gothic and Andean fusion. Central nave with three side chapels. One chapel is curved (pollera skirt), one angular with masks (diablada), one heavy with vertical folds (morenada). The tower is slightly off-center. At the top, a hollow Christ silhouette is integrated into the tower, not as a separate statue. The building has stepped platforms at the base.
