Yes, this design is all good, just a few things need to be changed, which I have 3D Model Final Checklist (Instructions for Improvement): USB-C Charging Hole: Create a 10mm x 5mm rectangular cutout on the side of the case. This should be directly in front of the XIAO nRF52840 Sense board's port to allow the charging cable to connect. Sensor Window: Place a 5mm x 5mm square hole in the center of the watch's back cover (bottom lid). This is necessary for the MAX30102 sensor's light to reach the skin. Internal Stacking Space: Ensure the internal depth of the case is at least 14.5mm to 15mm. This is needed to accommodate the 1.28" screen, board, 250mAh battery, and sensor stacked on top of each other. Gravity Connector Clearance: Provide some extra space (approximately 8mm) near the sensor area to allow the Gravity Connector and its wires to bend.
