Zuboshi is an enormous creature with grayish-brown flesh that ends in a bright crimson. His head resembles a human skeleton's, but his jaw is longer and he possesses two sets of gums and teeth; the first set is quite normal and akin to a human’s, however the second set is more ravenous looking with hideously sharp teeth. Zuboshi also has dark red horns on his head, and the interior of his eyes and nose are hollow black. He stands on multiple appendages that curl into a scythe-like shape at their ends, and also has dark-red fleshy appendages ejecting out of each side of his head.
