我想生成一个钣金件快速检测平台的建模,我的建模大致为三个部分,第一部分为上料台,是用来放钣金件的产品的;第二部分为钣金件快速检测平台,分为钣金件检测箱体,箱体内包含高清相机(顶部相机和侧相机)、自动开关门、开关门检测传感器、光源系统,外部包含协作机械臂;第三部分为喷码器。我是想用这个建模来演示我所做的钣金件快速检测平台在产线当中的应用场景,第一部分上料台是用来承接流水产线的,流水线输出的产品放在上料台上;第二部分为重点部分,通过检测箱旁边的机械臂拿取上料台上的钣金件,传感器识别到机械臂靠近,自动开门,机械臂把待检测的钣金件放进检测平台,传感器识别到机械臂出来后,自动关门,检测完钣金件,机械臂再把检测完后的钣金件拿出来(拿取的开关门逻辑一样)放到第三部分的喷码器上;第三部分喷码器主要就是为钣金件打上标签,方便区分钣金件合不合格。三部分以左中右的布局排列。钣金件检测柜门为滑动门,机械臂为气泵机械臂,拿取钣金件的地方有吸盘。
