we are creating an non invasive heomoglobin measurement device and we are thinking that machine fits to a ear wearable. i want 3D model of it that LED and IR led can fit on the top of it and top of leds we can place ESP32 and back side of ear we want to place PCB that have to detect the led and ir led light after going through ear and comes out on the other side. 3.7 lithium ion battery should also be place and connected to it. this entire device have to fit at the lobule part of the ear. i have oploaded a image see that  and use of the piece as modal and i want 3D modal like that. it have to fit to ear lobe
