A complete educational scale model of an intelligent toll booth system for a physics project. The model is built on a large flat rectangular wooden base. THE VEHICLES: - A line of vehicles waiting on the road, positioned DIRECTLY ON THE ROAD SURFACE. - Vehicles include: a red car, a blue car, a yellow car, a green bus, and an orange truck. - All vehicles are simple geometric shapes: cube bodies with cylinder wheels. - They are lined up in the lanes, facing forward. THE TOLL BOOTHS (CRITICAL - ONLY TWO): - EXACTLY TWO toll booth buildings. NOT FOUR. NOT MORE. JUST TWO. - The FIRST booth is on the LEFT side of the road, sitting on the LEFT sidewalk. - The SECOND booth is on the RIGHT side of the road, sitting on the RIGHT sidewalk. - The two booths are DIRECTLY OPPOSITE each other at the CENTER of the road length. - Each booth is a small square building (cube) with a flat roof (thin rectangle), a small window (blue square), and a door (brown rectangle). - Booth colors: white walls with red roof. THE BARRIER ARMS (CRITICAL - THE PALOS): - The LEFT booth has a LONG BARRIER ARM extending from its side ACROSS ALL 4 LANES to the RIGHT side of the road. - The RIGHT booth has a LONG BARRIER ARM extending from its side ACROSS ALL 4 LANES to the LEFT side of the road. - The two barrier arms are parallel to each other, both crossing the road. - Each barrier arm is a THIN LONG RECTANGULAR STRIP painted with diagonal red and white stripes. - Each arm is attached to a small gray servo motor box mounted on the side of its booth. - BOTH BARRIERS ARE IN THE LOWERED POSITION, resting horizontally above the road, blocking traffic. - The arms are long enough to reach from their booth to the opposite sidewalk. CONTROL BUTTONS: - Next to each booth, on a thin post, there is a small red push button. THE STREET LIGHTS (CRITICAL - 8 POSTES): - On the LEFT sidewalk: FOUR TALL THIN POSTS with small yellow spheres on top (LEDs). They are evenly spaced along the road: one before the booth, one after the booth, and two more distributed. - On the RIGHT sidewalk: ANOTHER FOUR TALL THIN POSTS with small yellow spheres on top, evenly spaced and aligned with the left ones. - TOTAL: 8 decorative LED posts. The posts are on the sidewalks, NOT on the road. They are taller than the vehicles. INSIDE EACH TOLL BOOTH: - The front wall of each booth is OPEN or TRANSPARENT so you can see inside. - Inside each booth, the following components are visible: - A blue Arduino Uno board (small rectangle) - A white breadboard with colorful wires (red, black, yellow, blue) sticking out - A sound sensor module (tiny board with a round microphone) - A small LED (the clap-activated lamp) with a tiny resistor next to it - Additional tiny resistors - A 9V battery (rectangular with red/black snap connector) - Wires connecting everything inside WIRING: - Colorful wires run from each booth along the base surface to their respective LED posts. - Wires connect each booth to its servo motor and push button. - All wires are visible on the wooden base.
