A realistic 3D wearable industrial safety smart band device designed like a rugged smartwatch for workers. The device has a rectangular central enclosure mounted on a flexible wrist strap. Inside the enclosure is an ESP32-S3 microcontroller board placed in the center as the main controller. Around the ESP32 board there are multiple compact sensors arranged neatly with proper spacing and wiring channels: • MAX30102 heart rate and SpO2 sensor positioned at the bottom of the enclosure so the optical sensor touches the user's wrist through a small circular window. • MQ135 air quality gas sensor placed on the top side with ventilation holes so it can sense surrounding air. • DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor positioned on one side of the enclosure with air vents. • MPU6050 accelerometer and gyroscope sensor mounted near the ESP32 board. • AMG8833 thermal camera sensor mounted on the front face of the device pointing outward to detect surrounding temperature patterns. • RA-02 LoRa communication module placed
