Create a precise hard-surface engraving jig, not an artistic model. Make one flat plate, 205 × 195 × 4 mm. Cut 12 identical empty recesses in a centered 4-column × 3-row grid. Each recess must be exactly 39 × 58 mm, 3 mm deep, with 3 mm rounded corners. Keep about 8 mm between recesses and at least 8 mm around the outer border. Add one centered semicircular finger notch, 14 mm wide and 5 mm deep, on a short edge of every recess. Add a 0.5 mm chamfer around each recess opening and a 1 mm chamfer around the outside edges. Do not create lighters, raised objects, handles, decorations, textures, bumps, supports, undercuts, organic shapes, or irregular surfaces. All walls must be straight, vertical, symmetrical, evenly spaced, and dimensionally exact. Bottom completely flat. Create one watertight solid manifold model suitable for PLA FDM printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
