bridge health monitor 3d model
Design a clean engineering prototype of a “Smart Bridge Health Monitoring System” model for an academic demonstration. The model should show a small bridge supported by two pillars on a rectangular base. Toy vehicles should be placed on the bridge to simulate traffic load. A transparent acrylic control box on the base should reveal the internal electronics including an ESP32, HX711 module, 18650 battery, buzzer, and red/green status LEDs. All sensors must be clearly visible and labeled. Include: a load cell with HX711 under the bridge deck to measure load, a flex sensor on the underside of the bridge beam for crack/strain detection, an MPU6050 at the center of the bridge for tilt and vibration monitoring, an SW-420 vibration sensor inside a pillar for shock detection, a DS18B20 temperature sensor on the bridge railing, a MAX9814 microphone under the bridge deck for acoustic crack detection, and two IR sensors at entry and exit for vehicle counting.
