eCreate a precise, functional, 3D-printable rectangular A4 plate. Final assembled dimensions: 297 mm long, 210 mm wide, 5 mm thick. Split the plate into exactly two equal separate halves along the 297 mm length. Each half should measure approximately 148.5 mm × 210 mm × 5 mm.
