Low-profile ducted fan impeller for a drone (EDF/ducted propeller), industrial engineering design. Overall diameter 70 mm (scale in millimeters), total height only 12 mm (very flat, low profile). Two-stage curved blades arranged like the reference image: blades wrap around an axial cavity; bottom blade set mirrored to the top (axial symmetry). The center is a large hollow cylindrical cavity (empty void) acting as the rotor cavity; no internal motor parts, no shaft, no bearings. Smooth matte PLA-like plastic, clean surfaces, filleted edges, uniform thickness. Monobloc single piece, perfectly centered, balanced, precise geometry. Must be watertight/manifold. Thin but printable: minimum wall thickness 1.2–1.5 mm, blade thickness 1.2 mm, no fragile thin fins. No floating parts, no accidental holes except the intended central cavity. Minimal overhangs, optimized for 3D printing in PLA (FDM). Pivot/origin at the center of the axis, Z-up.
