Prompt
System Directive: Act as an expert parametric 3D CAD modeling software. Your task is to generate a highly detailed, solid 3D STEP file of a Non-Pneumatic Tire (NPT). Do NOT generate a standard solid pneumatic tire. The radial space between the inner hub and the outer tread MUST be completely hollow, filled ONLY by a repeating structural spoke matrix. Global Bounding Dimensions: Total Outer Diameter (OD): 668.7 mm Inner Bore Diameter (Hub ID): 457.2 mm Total Axial Width: 235 mm Step 1: The Inner Hub Ring Create a solid cylindrical ring. Inner Diameter: 457.2 mm. Outer Diameter: 477.2 mm (Radial thickness of 10 mm). Axial Extrusion Length: 235 mm. Step 2: The Outer Tread Ring Create a solid cylindrical ring concentric with the Inner Hub. Outer Diameter: 668.7 mm. Inner Diameter: 648.7 mm (Radial thickness of 10 mm). Axial Extrusion Length: 235 mm. Note: Do not apply complex tread patterns on the outside yet; keep it a smooth cylinder to ensure successful generation of the internal structure. Step 3: The Empty Void The entire annular space between 477.2 mm and 648.7 mm must remain completely empty, acting as a void for the spokes. Step 4: The Boomerang Spoke Geometry Inside the void, create a sweeping, V-shaped "boomerang" or curved fin profile. The spoke must connect the outer surface of the Inner Hub Ring (477.2 mm) to the inner surface of the Outer Tread Ring (648.7 mm). The curve should sweep circumferentially by approximately 35 to 45 degrees as it travels radially outward. Spoke Thickness: The spoke profile should have a varying thickness, starting at 12 mm at the middle bend (the apex of the boomerang) and tapering smoothly to 8 mm at the connection points on the inner and outer rings. Step 5: Axial Extrusion (CRITICAL STEP) The boomerang spoke profile MUST be extruded linearly across the ENTIRE 235 mm axial width of the tire. It is not just a 2D side wall; it must be a full 3D solid wall that spans the whole depth from the front face to the back face. Step 6: Circular Pattern Array Create a circular polar array of exactly 24 identical boomerang spokes, evenly spaced (360 degrees) around the central axis. Step 7: Final Boolean Operation Apply a Boolean Union to seamlessly merge the Inner Hub Ring, the Outer Tread Ring, and all 24 extruded Boomerang Spokes into one single, cohesive solid body. Apply small 2 mm fillets at all sharp intersections where the spokes meet the rings to reduce stress concentrations.
