Step 7: Final Boolean Operation Apply a Boolean Union to seamlessly merge the Inner Hub Ring, the Outer Tread Ring, and all 24 extruded Boomerang Spokes into one single, cohesive solid body. Apply small 2 mm fillets at all sharp intersections where the spokes meet the rings to reduce stress concentrations.
